Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log a kick?
Simply tap the large pink button on the home screen. Each tap records one kick with the current timestamp.
What is a meal session?
A meal session is a 2-hour tracking period that starts after you finish eating. Babies are often most active after their mother eats, making this a great time to track kicks. Start a session from the Sessions tab.
Does the app sync between iPhone and Apple Watch?
Yes! Kicks logged on your Apple Watch automatically sync to your iPhone, and vice versa. Both devices stay in sync so you can track from whichever is most convenient.
How do I add my baby's name?
On the home screen, tap the "Add baby's name" link or the pencil icon next to the existing name to personalize your experience.
Is my data backed up?
Your kick data is stored on your device and is included in your iCloud or local device backups if you have backups enabled. We do not store your data on any external servers.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete all data by removing the app from your device. Your data is stored only locally and will be completely removed when you uninstall the app.
